How to setup Tomcat in Win 98

Hi,

I have downloaded tomcat version 3.2.4. But i don't know how to setup.
I have gone through some of the question posted, I don't really understand what are talking about.

I was browsing a website on how to setup JSP and it said something about "download JSP environment" what does it mean?
Is there anything else i should download?

The location of the software is C:\Tomcatsv\jakarta-tomcat-3.2.4.
I know that i have to set a path for it. I don't know how to go about it.
What should i do when i open the MS Dos Prompt?
I have JDK1.3.1., Windows 98
I have also never set path before.
I really hope someone could help me.
