How to setup the column link to point it to a folder/file on network drive in Oracle APEX?

Hello,

I am using the Oracle APEX packaged application 'Bug Tracking' with customization in APEX 4.2.

On page 31 where is a link type field on it. Currently I have set the target to URL, and it works fine for a URL link, i.e the URL is opened properly when I click on it.

But I also need to open any folder/file that is present on the local machine. Is that even possible ? I can just see 2 options in the target of column link : 'URL' and 'Page in this application'.

In case it is possible , what should be done to achieve this.
