How to setup syslog.conf to use TCP instead of UDP

Hi,

We want to configure Solaris 9 syslog so that logs can be redirect to a centralized Windows syslog server.

I checked port 514 ( syslog) is UDP by default.

Is there any way so that syslog can communicate via TCP to centralized syslog server.

Any help is highly appreciated.
