How to setup oracle 10g xe on my godaddy account

I am a college student in the IS field. I learned how to use oracle from a local host and have a basic understanding of oracle in general. The problem is that I only ever learned how to use it from a local host and now I would like to be able to access my PSP pages through my website hosted by godaddy.com. I know this is a very broad question but I am a little lost. Can anyone point me in the right direction or walk me through what I need to do?
