How to setup Enterprise Manager to alert for OOM errors on Weblogic

We are using OEM 12CR1 (upgraded to 12cR2 but running into issues) for monitoring our SOA middleware Farms with over targets running into a couple of hundreds.

I would like to setup an alert for OutOfMemory on EM and get notified to my email address.

Found a way to setup log file monitoring on the individual JVM level where we can search for a pattern and get alerted.

Could someone,let us know if there is a way to setup (either on 12cR1 or 12cR2) the same on a Group level.

We have created groups like Dev,Test and Prod. Most of our monitoring is setup using templates on the group level.
