How to setup Drill-through option in PBCS forms and Smartview.

I have a form to display Actuals. When I right click on the lvl0 cell I don't see drill-through option.

I loaded actuals data from Data Management and I have setup drill-through options in DM.

What setting I need to enable drill-through option in forms/smartview?
