How to setup Basic Authetication for a Soap Web Service developed in Jdeveloper using plsql package

I am using Oracle Jdeveloper version 11.1.2.4 developed a Soap Web Service by using plsql package.

I used wizard created the web service. I only need to have a basic authentication for the web service. How do I setup this?

Should I select Auth.xml?

Where I setup the username and password?

I have been researching this for a while. I couldn't find a solution yet.

Any help is appreciated!!
