How to setup an HP LasserJet 400 M401n as a check printer for Cloud Oracle Fusion

Hello - We have followed the instructions on Oracle note 1964157.1 to setup a printer (HP LaserJet 400 M401n) to be accessed via IPP for check printing. We have looked for more clarifying information on any additional printer configuration setup required without success. We have successfully tested the printer by locating it on a DMZ and printing to it via its URL on a windows machine.

The issue is that we can not print to it from Oracle. Has anybody configured an Oracle Fusion check printer?
