How to set width of a select-list item

Hi experts,

I'm using Apex 5.0.1.00.06, and my requirement is to have 2 select list items (Internal Channel + External Channel) with the same width. Currently the width is determined by the length of the longer value in the select list, so I have this effect:

How can I achieve this?
