How to set trustAnchors Parameters???

Hi ,
I am Implementing SSO .As I am developing SSO I got this Problem
like

trustAnchors Parameter must be Non-empty

How to solve this problem ???

I searched in google regarding this problem but i didn't find the correct solution....
some members told to set the trustStore using -D option ..I am also set that property but there is no use..Still i am facing this problem.. If any one solved this problem plz Send the reply as early as possible..
