How to set triggers always enabled?

I create some triggers with PLSQL to Manage Quantitty of Products but some time when i shut down my system and next day when u start MY PC and check the triggers ,,,

The trigger showed Disabled ... and when i compiled them they Enabled again ?

What is this ?

For example now Turn on my PC and check my Triggers in PLSQL .. Some are disabled check snapshoot

and After just Complie with F8 it's Enable and working fine

What's the solution for this problem?
