How to set timezone of an oracle db connexion in Oracle Developer Tools for VsCode

When I try to connect to a db located in France, from Mauritius, I got an error message: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-01882: timezone region not found

In SqlDeveloper, there is conf file we can change the configuration, but we don't know how to configure it in oracle developer tools for VSCode.
