How to set the step size of a D3 Bar Chart?

Hi guys, I just installed D3 Bar chart plugin to visualize my report data.

Unluckily the y-axis of the chart shows decimal values, which is not necessary because the Totals in Y-axis will always be integer, with size step of 1. Does anyone know how to remove the decimals value? Or set the step-size of the y-axis? I have tried exploring the attributes but have no luck..

I am using Oracle Apex v5.0.3. Any help will be appreciated!
