How to set the alignment offset for LUNs in Oracle 19c's ASM on AIX?

I have a specific requirement: When using LUNs in ASM on IBM AIX OS (Oracle 19c), I want to start using each LUN from the 65KB mark, skipping the initial 64KB of each LUN, this requirement is just for redo log.

How can I achieve this?
