How to set target value and make different color for Line chart

Hi ,

I am using APEX 5.0 and generated Line chart with simple sql Query. Line chart is working fine. But I need set some target values for each stage like below

AAA ---- 20

BBB ---- 20

CCC ---- 10

DDD ---- 20

EEE --- 30

FFF ---- 15

So in this example I need CCC and EEE should be color change (Blue to RED) for signification.That means Target exeded. So kindly help me how to sort out this Issue
