how to set Spanish, ESN CP1252, , oracle Character Sets WE8MSWIN1252

select * from NLS_DATABASE_PARAMETERS

database characterset is

NLS_CHARACTERSET               AL32UTF8
NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET         AL16UTF16  
NLS_LANGUAGE                   AMERICAN
NLS_TERRITORY                  AMERICA

select * from NLS_INSTANCE_PARAMETERS ;

PARAMETER                         VALUE
--------------------------------- ---------------------------------
NLS_LANGUAGE                      SPANISH
NLS_TERRITORY                     SPAIN

how to set Spanish, ESN CP1252, , oracle Character Sets WE8MSWIN1252
