How to set Minimum Date and Maximum Date

Dear ,
i have date picker column in which i want to set current months date only .
For example current month is Feb and todays date is 20th but when date picker open minimum date shows 1st Feb and maximum date shows 28th feb. through this my users only select current months date.
How can i achieved this?. i tired this through minimum and maximum in apex but cant show current months dates only
