How to set Label on View Object

On ADF 10.1.3, while creating View Object, it creates the Message Bundle Class where we have Label Information.

But after migrating to 11.1.1.9 and from 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1, the message bundle class entry from view.xml file is being removed. And one property file has been created for Labels.

I don't know how to use that property file.

Please suggest, how can I set the Label on View.
