How to set format mask for amount as decimal seperated by Comma.

Hi all,

I have requirement on format mask for number filed.

I need to show amount end user as "999.999.999,00".

Generally oracle default format is "999,999,999.00"

Here difference is Comma(,) replaced by Dot (.) and vise versa.

Can anybody please suggest me how to set the format mask above mension seperated by Dot(.)
