how to set first row of CSV file as header values

Hi,
I am trying to map a .csv file into another .csv file with modified coloumns. I want to know how can I make the first row in csv as Header values (Couloumn headings). I have tried it by setting the 'use first coloumn as header' property to true, but it is not working (maybe i am getting it wrong somehow).

Please help me out.
