How to set an item type Text field not modifiable

Hi,

Under APEX 24, I have an item ("Tarif") which is updated by a dynamic action. I want this item not modifiable ; if I set it to Display only the item is not updated, same if I set item “Text field” and read-only. How to make an item updatable by a DA but not modified by the end-user ?
