How to set a retirement age for ALL employess

Would like to set a retirement age for ALL employees in the HRMS. Will appreciate guidance on how to do this.

This is expected to terminate any employees in the system, automatically, upon attainment of that age.

We are running e-business suite 12.1.3.

Will appreciate any insights.
