How to set a column value in a tabular form depending on an other column value in APEX 5.0

Hi,

I have created tabular form with a column 'Active' using a static lov.
On this tabular form there is also a column 'Date_activated'.
I would like to put the current date/time in column 'Date_activated' when 'Active' is set to 'YES' and clear it when 'Active' is set to 'NO'

How can this be done?
