How to set "0" instead of "null"

Hello people

I'm having an issue using obiee 11g:

I have this pivot table:

I want to show a zero instead these blank spaces (i'm asuming these blank spaces are "null" values)

I'm using this condition:

I tried using the "IFNULL" function and it didn't work

Any idea guys? how can i do what i want?
