How to separte rows in two different languages

Hi,

I have a column which has same meaning but in different languages(say English and Arabic).
Eg:-Customer Information - English and ..........- Arabic.
How can I seprate these based on the languages.

Also where in the Oracle database i can find the NLS_LANGUAGE varibale.Is it available in the tables or it is a Enviornmental setting.
