How to send Email Notification in HTML Format?

Hi All,

I have a requirement in which I have to send a Notification Email to Manager of those users whose End Date is 12 days away from the current date. I have

prepared the template for email body like this:

String emailbody = "<html><body><b>Sunny's Account is about to expire in next 12Days</b></body></html> & have set the EmailContentType as

*"text/html"* but its not working, I mean its printing the whole html code the way I have build in emailbody in the Notification Mail sent to user's Manager.

Am I missing something here? Any Pointer on this will be highly appreciated.
