How to send a report with DESTYPE=MAIL with attachment PDF report and content body of mail HTML

Hi All. I'm using Forms lastest version 12.2.1.4.
I have this requirement:

  1. Run reports from forms using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT.
  2. DESTYPE must be mail.
  3. Report output must be PDF.
  4. Content body of mail must be html (because of colors, fonts, links, images, etc.).
    Of the 4 steps I can make it work until 3. As for step 4, not sure how to do it.
    Can anyone please give me some feedback?
