how to send a event of outlook with java

Help me , please !

I need to write a Java program to send task or event to MS Outlook.

i am developing a crm application.when a user receive a task in the crm,he can receive a event in his email in the same time ,than he can open event with outlook.so, when a user create a task in crm, the crm will send a event to the receiver of task.

Does anybody know how to do this?
