How to select Oracle' Data from Ms SQL server?

Dear,
Hope you are doing well...
I already have an oracle 19c version installed in Linux7... I would like to select Oracle' data from Ms sql server via Ms SQL management Studio.. Anyone please know how to do that?
I understand that we can use Ora.OLDB.oracle provider, but I think this possible only when Oracle is installed in windows?
