How to schedule a job to execute daily w.r.t. a different timezone in APEX

Hi,

I have a scheduler job, but the APEX DB where the job is configured is in UTC time zone.

But i want to execute this job on daily basis w.r.t. PST (Pacific Standard Time) along with DST corrections.

How can i implement this ?
