How to run the new listener automatically?

Hi,

OS: Windows XP
DB: oracle 10g


I added a new listener to the listener.ora file.

After restarting the computer, I found that only the old listener was running, the new one must be launched by "lsnrctl start new_listener_name" command manually.
It's really inconvenient. Could anyone tell me how to set and make this listener running automatically?
