How to run SQL script against multiple database targets

I am currently unable to run a simply SQL script jobs across multiple database targets via OEM job facility. I've setup emcli on the target host which has changed my error message from "SUDO not present on agent https://<host>:1830/emd/main/" to "error writing input to commandERROR: Invalid username and/or password".

I've got preferred credentials setup, but even over-riding and specifying the credentials I still get this message. Please help!
