How to run quickstats profiler base on values of a particluar field ?

I am fairly new to OEDQ and I would like to run the quickstats profiler based on the unique values of a particular field. I know I can add a value check and pass the data that matches a particular value to the QuickStats, but I would like to be able to do this dynamically for each value. What is the best method, process or combination or processes to do so? IN programmers terms, I what a For Each Loop. Can this be done?
