How to run form directly without opening Form Designer

Hello Expert:

Normally I run Oracle Form designer and press Run button.

is there anyway that I can run directly from IE without to come in Form Designer.

or I have fom.fmx and compile form already , is there anyway to make it run directly without opening form designer.

or anyway to call form.fmx or compile form from asp.net

I am using Oracle 10g form designer.
