How to run *.fmx file without open forms

In oracle forms 6i, we can run a form executive file ( *.fmx ) using ifrun60.exe

ifrun60.exe help to run an application without opening oracle forms service.

but in oracle forms 10g, how can i run a form executive file ( *.fmx ) like ifrun60.exe without opening forms service ??
