How to run 12c forms ...?

i installed Weblogic Infrastructure...

i installed forms and reports ...

I Installed 12c Database...

I created Domain ....

I installed RCU ... My weblogiv is Working fine ...

Now i need some help... first time installing 12c forms and repport ... can anyone Guide me more how can i run 12c forms ? Step by step
