I need to right align the following query output  in the tabel .

Can any one  help on this plz.

select to_char((select to_char(1234567891234 / 1,'999999999999990D99') from dual),'9,999,999,999,999.00') from dual;

what change  I need to place in the below line , plz share ur views.

bs_document := bs_document || '<TD ><p style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:15px;">' || l_bs_curr_inv_amt || '      ' || '</p></TD>';
