How to retrieve the DB Link script

Hi Guys,

I have a DB Link which was created by another member of our development team. I want to retrieve the script that was used to create the DB Link. Most importantly the USER ID and the Connection String for the remote DB.

I have tried DBA_DB_LINKS & V$DBLINKS but these two don't have the connection.
