How to retrieve Salesforce system Date and bring it in ODI 12c

3396166Oct 3 2017 — edited Oct 11 2017

Hi everyone,

I have an issue regarding Salesforce in ODI.

First of all I established a connection with Salesforce Technology in Topology.

Now, my need is to create a complete job, where a step must to get the Salesforce System Date and bring it in ODi and  store this result in a Odi Variable.

Subsequently, this retrieved date must be converted too, because the date between Salesforce system and Odi are different .

I wonder if there is an Odi Tool (such as OdiInvokeWebservice) that l can use or is better to use an SQOL queries toward Salesforce written in a ODI variable

I can't find the correct syntax, I don't know Salesforce and which command I have to use.

May someone help me , please?
