How to retrieve forgotten Apex user name?

Okay, here's the newbie bone-head question of the year. I was logging into Apex 4.1 tonight (installed on my laptop running 11g) and I fat-fingered the User Name field so that the previous value isn't visible any more. I know my password very well, but I somehow managed to not record my user name. Aarrgghh. Does anybody know how I can retrieve my user name? it's bound to be in the Oracle database somewhere. I can log into SQL*Plus, but that's about as far as I can get.

P.S. I tried to find the Firefox cookie for Apex, thinking that I could view the user name there. but Win7 couldn't find the cookie's file name that is provided in the administrator's guide (ORACLE_PLATFORM_REMEMBER_UN).

Please help. I'd like to get back to work.
