How to restrict the Query execution when define the Row Fetch Limit in ADF

Hi All,

I have defined Row fetch limit in adf-config.xml. while running the application higher than limit, it's fetching only 10 records based on the limit and also showing the warning messages based on the errorhandler class. Here I do not want to execute the query, if exceeds the limit. I want to show only message. Any suggestions please?

I am using Jdeveloper11.1.1.9
