How to restrict TAB + DownArrow Key access

Hi All,
I am suppose to restrict the keyboard shortcut TAB + DownArrow Key access in my application.

I have adf read only table in my page,When i am pressing TAB moves to other component is works fine and expected but on pressing TAB + DOWNARROW key together will automatically moving to next page... I don't want this to happen im my application..

Page should not navigate to next page using keyboard shortcut...

Please help me to capture and restrict keyboard shortcut access...
