How to restrict lines to 5 in iexpense module using personalization in oaf

Hi,

I want to restrict the entry lines to 5 and when user tries to add more than 5 lines a message should pop up saying lines restricted.

How can i achieve this by peraonalization or by customization as i am working on OAF using jdeveloper.

So suggesy the valuable inputs.
