How to Restrict a certain Oracle Database user can only logon from certain IP

Hi Gurus,

I want to bind the oracle database user with his own client IP . for example, user A

can only login into database from his own Machine (Particular IP).

and if He /She tries to login using same database username and password from different machine other than his own machine,

Then he /she should not be allowed to login into Database.

any suggestion ?
