Hello All,

I have a test instance with 4 days snapshot retention.i would like to get 2 weeks prior AWR report.but from my current instance it is not possible since its already expired.so i have restored db from old backup which is near to the required AWR snapshot.but once i start the instance from old backup it automatically took the current time stamp and purge all previous snapshots.

is there any way to restore AWR from old backup? or can we stop AWR snapshot purging in mount i.e before db open.
