How to restore default permissions of root directory ?

Hi All,

I accidentally run "chmod -R 755 /" to all my root directories. And found that some services error because of permission denied.

Is it possible to reset back to default permissions by not reinstall the OS ?

Notice: Solaris 10 for sparc.
