How to restore calculation manager in application group > foundation

Dear Team,

In EPM 11.1.2.3.500 Shared services > Application group > foundation > Calculation Manager. I have deleted by mistakely calculation Manager.

How to restore now the calculation manager but now i cannot import/export rule file due to calculation manager deleted.

Could you please advice. is there any solution. I have restarted the all services and reboot the system there was no use.
