How To Restore a Controlfile Without RMAN Command

Hi,

I Have RMAN backup of Production Database...

If accidentally control file, data files and redolog files are lose. Then how to Restore the control file without RMAN commands?

Is it possible to restore the production database without RMAN?

Please find me a solution for it....
