How to Restore 4-node RAC database to a 2-node RAC from full RMAN backup?

Production:
--4 node RAC cluster
--10.2.0.2
--Linux ******2.6.9-42.0.3.ELsmp #1 SMP Mon Sep 25 17:28:02 EDT 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
--ASM

Testing:
-- 2 node RAC cluster
--10.2.0.2

Hi Gurus,

I want to restore production database to my testing environment (for the first time) with my full production backup. I have done this few times in non-rac env. I dont seem to find a good document on what are the procedures to restore the database in RAC environment.

Do i need to restore database on node1 first and then add the instance on node2? If so, can anyone provide me with guideliness to follow or any metalink document.
