How to restart a RAC database without disturbing the other instances

We have 2 node RAC.
on Node 1
---------
ASM1 instance
Cluster database
Database11 instance
Database21 instance
Database31 instance
listener1
listener_scan1

on Node 2
----------
ASM2 instance
Cluster database
Database12 instance
Database22 instance
Database32 instance
listener1
listener_scan1

I want to change parameter values for Database1 and restart it.
without effecting the other database instances.
How can I do it. Please provide me with steps to restart the database.
